Job description:
- Incoming and outgoing correspondence (phone/mail/fax) \
- GM agenda / meeting Management
- Travel organization for GM and other VIP visitors
- Office administration work
- Preparation of documents in assistance to GM
- File keeping
Admin:
- Develop and execute administrative policies
- Manage daily company’s administrative operations
- Establish and control administrative cost
- Supervise office renovation, maintenance and security
- Decide and interact with office suppliers and vendors
- Supervise drivers, receptions and other admin staff
Cashier:
- Examine support records & vouchers
- Collect money and arrange payment schedules
- Work closely with accountant and other representatives in resolving controversial accounts.
Profile requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- over 4 years experience of secretary, in JV or WOFE will be a plus
- Good command in oral and written English
- Good command in PC (word/excel/ppt, etc)
- Good at communication, responsible, initiative, motivated and team player
