1. Age: should be above 32; younger ones are acceptable if excellent enough.
2. Aggressive enough to control the HR team.
3. Have the batch HR experiences;
4. Know the true meaning of employment, performance appraisal, salary, welfare and training
5. English level is good enough to communicate about work;
6. Post graduates will be preferred.
7. At least a 3-year experience on the same job title (HR manager).
