Overall Role Purpose
To ensure that Retail Outlet is running smoothly & efficiently and revenue target of store is met through the proper implementation of programs, quality customer service, and giving feedback to retail supervisor.
确保零售店面可以顺利和有效的运转,并且通过有效执行市场活动和高质量的用户服务来达成门店销售金额目标,并向零售店面主管反馈信息。
Accountabilities
Collection and Delivery
取件和派送
- Collect outbound shipments with good corporate image
- 收取出口快件时展示公司良好面貌
- Ensure security inspection on all shipment in accordance with regulatory process and label tag of SI.
- 根据标准对货物进行查验, 并粘贴查验标签
- Re-pack carefully if necessary
- 认真的进行重新包装
- Deliver inbound express in a timely manner, and reasonably pre-arrange walk-in collection
- 及时派送进口快件, 并且合理的提前安排上门取件的客户的货物交接
Cash Reconciliations and Budgeting Consolidate
现金收支和预算控制
- Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlet
- 完成现金收支报告和零售店面现金/信用卡交易
- Ensure complete cash transfer before the end of working day
- 在工作结束前, 确保完成所有的现金交接工作
- Collect relevant expenses, such as tariffs, to ensure company’s economic interests
- 收取相关费用,如关税, 以确保公司的经济利益
Reporting and Data Handling
汇报和数据处理
- Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data
- 维护零售店面现金发件的数据
- Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office
- 协调和确保零售店面和公司总部的数据传输
- Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
- 通过店面评分表来管理店面表现
- Cross check the shipment data and manifest ones and upload into HOST through on-line or manually
- 反复核对相关数据和清单, 通过在线或手工上传数据
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports according to operations and/or financial requirements
- 根据作业和/或财务要求生成每日/星期/月报告

- Be committed to quality customer service by being properly groomed with low absenteeism, low in tardiness at all times.

- Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes.

Skills / Qualifications

- Computer skills

- Communication skills (English and local language), spoken and written

- 2 years experience in frontline customer service

- 2 years experience in marketing or sales

- High school diploma
