HR Specialist
Report Line: HR & Admin Mgr
Job Description:
l Prepare and update monthly reports, such as h/c report, recruiting requisition report, personnel changing report, organization chart, turnover report
l Handle recruiting process, from uploading open position to website, headhunter, CV screening, arrange and facilitate interview with department leader, offer extending
l Be responsible for payroll & benefits administration, such as collect and verify employee attendance record, monthly social benefits calculation, yearly medical check, shanghai resident permit and all kinds of benefits delivery
l Maintain staff information records and personnel document
l Handle employee onboard and exit process, facilitate labor contract renewal or termination, probation evaluation with Shanghai Fesco
l Coordinate for new employee orientation and training
l Sourcing proper training provider and organizing training
l Organize employee activities, such as annual dinner, birthday party and etc.
l Assist HR manager to ensure all employee programs are in compliance with labor law, support all kinds of HR projects
Requirements:
l College degree or above, at least 2 years HR experience in plant.
l Familiar with labor law and local regulation in China;
l Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Mandarin, both orally and in writing
l Proficient PC skills, such as MS Word, Excel & Power Point
l Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and operate multi-tasks to meet the deadline with high quality
l Responsible, integrity, good interpersonal relationship
l Proactive, eager to learn and willing to work under high pressure
l Flexibility to face changes and global organization
l With a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
