Position: Sales Manager
Report to: Headquarter in German and China General Manager
Subordinates: 14 Sales Engineers in 13 cities
Requirements:
-Proficiency in metal cutting technology and rich on-hand working experience in this area which enables him to provide technical guidance to sales engineers;
-Over 5 years technical sales experience on tools, CNC metal cutting machine tools or other related products;
-Outstanding analytical and problem solving capabilities, acute market sense which enable him to work out sales strategy with calm, objective and systematic analysis of the market;
-Remarkable organizing and managerial capability and leadership;
-Good at develop Key Accounts especially in automotive, aerospace and die and mould industries, good at establish and maintain relationship with all related levels of clientsside including decision making leaders, engineering or technical staff and purchasing staff;
-Working experience with western or Japanese companies is preferred;
-Good English or German to be used as working language.
