    职位描述:

    工作职责1、财务计划,财务报告,财务分析1)每周销售量和成本—递交每周报告和和下周工作计划2)月度工作报告及下月工作计划3)盈亏报告/资产负债表/现金流量表了解酒店经营业绩,对偏差进行审查并解决相关问题。有效管理每周运营资金流转负责年度预算工作(盈亏,资产负债表,现金流量,CAPEX)与各股东或相关方就酒店财务状况进行有效交流(如酒店管理层,集团财务团队,集团管理团队等)2、控制和管理1)对所有销售收入和支出进行管理,包括现金,员工工资支出,一般费用,运营资金,信贷管理等2)制定相关政策并确保该政策遵守所有采购制度、财务制度、保险政策、IT制度等相关法律法规和政策。3)与其他部门如客房部,餐饮部,销售部等部门领导合作,共同负责主要业务控制。4)全力协助总经理制定主要的风险控制计划。5)确保酒店参保的各项必要保险是最新的。3、财政/法定结算计划并完成年度外部审计工作负责年度决算工作确保在法定申请期限内完成相关工作完成有关税费的相关工作4、依照人力资源有关政策,招聘财务部门员工,注重激励员工,提高员工专业技能,确保部门高效并专业的运作。5、协助提高酒店相关管理人员财务意识。要求1)相关三级资格证书;2)八年以上酒店财务部工作经验,其中包括3年管理岗位工作经验;3)具有卓越的管理和人际交往技能。DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial Planning, Reporting and Analysis1)Weekly Sales and Costs – manage the weekly Reporting & Forecasting process2)Monthly Reporting & Forecasting3)P&L4)Balance Sheet5)Cash FlowUnderstanding the drivers of business performance; investigate & resolve variances on these.1)Effectively manage the monthly Working Capital cycle of the business2)Lead the annual budgeting process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & CAPEX)3)Effectively manage communication of hotel financial performance to a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g. hotel management, Group Finance, Group Executive Team, etc)Controls & Governance1)Control all sales revenue and expense streams, including cash, payroll, general expenses, working capital and credit management.2)Formulate and ensure compliance with all purchasing, financial policies & procedures, insurance, IT, legal policies and regulatory guidelines3)Work with department heads (e.g. Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Sales etc.) to successfully delegate responsibility and management of key business controls4)Key contributor and support to the General Manager in developing plans for key Risk Management issues5)To ensure the hotel’s insurance cover is up to dateFinancial & Statutory Accounting1)Plan and manage the annual external audit process2)Compile the annual Statutory Accounts3)Ensure full compliance with all statutory filing deadlines4)Tax compliance and efficiencyIn line with HR policies, hire, motivate and constantly develop the skills and performance of your hotel finance team, to ensure the department operates effectively and professionally at all timesAssist in the personal development of relevant hotel management on financial awarenessREQUIREMENT1)Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential.2)Minimum of 8 years of experience in a hotel’s Finance department, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity3)Must have excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills
