HR Specialist
Report Line: HR & Admin Mgr
Job Description:
Prepare and update monthly reports, such as h/c report, recruiting requisition report, personnel changing report, organization chart, turnover report
Handle recruiting process, from uploading open position to website, headhunter, CV screening, arrange and facilitate interview with department leader, offer extending
Be responsible for payroll & benefits administration, such as collect and verify employee attendance record, monthly social benefits calculation, yearly medical check, shanghai resident permit and all kinds of benefits delivery
Maintain staff information records and personnel document
Handle employee onboard and exit process, facilitate labor contract renewal or termination, probation evaluation with Shanghai Fesco
Coordinate for new employee orientation and training
Sourcing proper training provider and organizing training
Organize employee activities, such as annual dinner, birthday party and etc.
Assist HR manager to ensure all employee programs are in compliance with labor law, support all kinds of HR projects
Requirements:
College degree or above, at least 2 years HR experience in plant.
Familiar with labor law and local regulation in China;
Excellent communication skills with fluent English and Mandarin, both orally and in writing
Proficient PC skills, such as MS Word, Excel & Power Point
Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and operate multi-tasks to meet the deadline with high quality
Responsible, integrity, good interpersonal relationship
Proactive, eager to learn and willing to work under high pressure
Flexibility to face changes and global organization
With a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
