Responsiblity:
-Responsible to ensure the target Cost, Quality and Delivery.
-Pilot organization, define the budget, the resources and the tasks
-Ensure the promotion of project to PMC1 and PVC
Work tasks:
-Understand customers (internal and external) needs
-Propose the budget, resources, planning and IAR to ensure the good control of project
-Define the principal tasks and fix the target for each project team member (R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Process, Sales) according to Constant Innovation Chart and V5000
-Lead project weekly meeting and pilot the daily actions to find the best compromise in order to respect strictly the project’s objectives
-Define the priorities, realize the arbitrage if necessary and be responsible of QCD objective contents
-Follow-up project expenses (money and resources) to be sure its conformity with budget
-Prepare and submit the end of phase to PVC
-Responsible of project documentation, communication (internal and external), reporting and choice of suppliers (in relation with project buyer)
-Manage the project risk
Education/Training：
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
1+ years project management and negotiation experience
Technical management, project management, investment and negotiation training
Abilities：
Well organized, project management, good communication.
Excellent Written and oral English communication.
