7.提供工艺控制统计数据，技术问题、原材料、产品规格的评估，产品和工艺变更，新产品开发和产品培训。
8.起草、调查、跟踪及确认纠正性/预防性措施。
9.为操作工提供技术培训。
1. Ensure the process meets Purolite SHE Standards.
2. Be responsible for process control and improvement
3. Establish Standard Operation Procedures(SOP) and Standard Operation Conditions(SOC);
4. Provide effective solutions to process problems;
5. Evaluate new technology.
6. Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-standard product.
7. Provide statistical process control, evaluation of technical problems, raw material - -specifications, product and process changes, new product development and training.
8. Initiate, investigate, follow up and verify corrective /preventive actions
9. Provides technical training for operation employees
