He or she should take care to stabilize and increasethe business of industrial automation in China and should take the responsibility on site.
Main tasks and duties as below:
Take over responsibility on site.
Manage the sales staff until head of sales engineers is installed
Manage the administration, HR and finance staff until head of administration, human resource and finance is installed.
Find new employees and hire them after confirmation from headquarter.
Presentation company and products to potential customers.
Escalation management in all critical situations.
Development of subsidiary strategy in accordance with the strategy
Development and update ofthe yearly business plan and confirmation with AG.
Negotiation and finalization of different types of contracts (e.g. LOI, supply contract,..)
Establishment of good relationship to the different levels of the customer together with the staff.
Establishment and optimization of internal work flow processes to guarantee efficient and cost effective work.
Report and information management to the responsible manager in AG in Linz.
Responsibility for and management of the whole staff.
The ideal candidate, a Bachelor Degree holder in mechatronics, electronics, telecommunication technology, electrical engineering or automation technology, should have at least 5 years experience in sales or product management of control systems for injection molding or plastic machine and experience in managing a group (more than 10) of employees.
He or she should have fluent speaking and writing English. He or she should be willing and ready for traveling in China and partly abroad (such as Taiwan,Korea, Thailand, Europe or others).
