Description:
1.熟悉联大产品.
Be familiar with LianDa products.
2.客户维护.
Customer maintenance
-了解所负责客户的产品要求,制作销售订单,样品定单,并发送营运部, 与标准部确定产品定义;
To know Customers’ requirements of products, issue sales order or sample order to Operation and define the product definition with standard Dept;
- 协调交货期,跟踪产品出货;
Coordinate the delivery date, following up delivery;
- 安排将发票,信用票据寄给客户;
Arrange the delivery of documents, eg, invoices and credit notes, to the customers;
- 监察合同规定的执行情况;
Monitors fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- 了解所负责客户的信用货款状况,及时提示付款及催款;
To know customers' credit and payment state, so that to notify customers for making payment in time;
- 建立和定期维护并备份客户档案。
To set up and maintain customers' file and copy periodically.
3 完成安排的销售报表工作.
To complete reports related to the customers and sales.
要求
Requirements:
大学学历, 国际贸易及相关专业
University degree with major of international trade or other related discipline.
优秀的商务英语的口语及书写能力
Good command of both oral and written business English.
3年以上出口销售行政,客户服务等工作经验
At least over 3 years experience as export sales admin, customer service,etc
