1.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering
2. 5 years or above related experience, include 2 years related managerial experience in manufacturing setting
3.Familiar with TS16949 and ISO14001, Knowledge of Quality Systems
4.Environment systems and Lean Manufacturing
5.Knowledge of MSDS = Material Safety Data System (or IMDS)
6. Process improvement leader
7. Preventative attitude and quick response
8. Highly focused on results and objectives
9. Coaching and Leadership skills
10.Good communication and negotiation skill
11.Understanding of engineering techniques
12. Fluent English/Mandarin; Germany is a plus.
