岗位基本职责
Including but not limited to:
？ Overall management of QA department in respect of training, coordination and appraisal to gain a high level performance
？ Responsible for execution of quality plan & follow up to ensure all quality standards are met
？ Responsible for the implementation of quality system
？ Responsible for quality satisfaction of customers
？ Working closely with relevant departments on conformity, identify quality issues and taking corrective actions
？ Conducts product and quality training course to promote company – wide quality
？ Customer liaison as necessary
岗位相关要求
？ Aged 20 – 30 , with diploma of college or university or above , majoring in textile preferred
？ Well Mandarin , and English ( both written and oral ) preferred
？ Min 5 years experience in manufacturing factory and Min 3 years supervisory experience required
？ Solid quality control experience in textile field required
？ Have very strong knowledge and practical experience in AQL
？ Have solid experience of SPC or other statistical tools
？ Have very high sense of quality and customer focus
？ Have understanding of cost of quality
？ Have very deep understanding of ISO 9000
？ Good mindset , willing to learn , endurable , hardworking , well organized , independently , self-driven and absolute obedience
？ Good communication and reporting
