HR & Administration Manager:
Main Responsibility:
Admin:
- Develop and execute administrative policies
- Manage daily company’s administrative operations(including transportation arrangement, mailing, filing, answering phones, stationary supplies, canteen, dormitory, etc)
- Establish and control administrative costs
- Supervise office planning, renovation, maintenance and security
- Decide and interact with office suppliers and vendors
- Supervise drivers, receptionists, messengers, secretary and other office administrative staff
HR:
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs
- Manager recruitment and demission of staff
- Develop and execute compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Conduct interview with candidates
- Establish training planning and provide training to employees
- Interact with government agencies
- Manage and train a team of human resources staff
- Make weekly report about the department to General Manager
Profile Requirement:
- Education background: HR or admin or related, accounting will be a plus
- At least of 5-8 years of work experience in relevant position
- Good command in oral and speaking English
- Good command in computer
- Responsible, reliable, motivated and team player
- Age of 35-50 years old is preferable
