Job Title: Material planner-新投资美资汽车零部件企业
Reports To: Material manager
Location: China – Huzhou
Duties and Responsibilities
－Maintain and control the inventory of raw material and MRO items to support the production plan and the customer requirements.
－Regularly interface with the Sales function to forecast, schedule, and control the flow of materials. Supervise the Production Planner.
－Control the Logistic functions for high customer satisfaction and minimum cost.
－Maintain necessary database to develop a Master Production Schedule to support customer requirements and efficient manufacturing processes.
－Schedule future raw material and tooling requirements using MRP system.
－Maintain good working relationship with internal and external customer and vendors.
－Manage the Shipping and Receiving function.
－Assure that quality, environmental system and procedures that meet the requirements of the standards (QS9000, VDA6.1, ISO14001) are maintained and effectively used.
－Develop cost reduction programs in Logistics.
Qualification:
- University degree
-Good English & fluent Chinese
-3~5 Yrs experience in materials planning at multinational corporation
- Negotiation skills
- Procurement/sourcing skills
